Documentation Executive – Air Freight
To be successful in this role, a Candidate should possess:
• At least one year experience in the Airfreight Documentation
• Excellent spoken and written skills in English
• Should be able to co-ordinate with Clients, Service Providers and Carriers to ensure smooth operation
• Thorough knowledge in invoicing, rate negotiations as per group ERP and SOP.
Sales Executive – Air Freight (Female/Male)
We are looking for a suitably skilled and talented individual with following qualifications to offer this great career opportunity:
• Minimum 3 -5 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding, preferably in sales
• Operational knowledge in Air & Sea Freight will be an added advantage
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Preference will be given to Sales & Marketing qualified staff (fully or partly qualified)
Job Responsibilities:
* Find new Customers, supporting the network business, daily sales visits & preparing sales reports.
* Achieve sales & marketing targets by visiting customers regularly and maintain customer relationships
* Assist in developing the sales and marketing plans of the company
* Generate new revenue streams through the close co-ordination with overseas Clients and promote company activities
