Customer Service Executive Female
Key Responsibilities:
To answer customer calls and inquiries, to ensure customers bookings are actioned as per network standards and to provide a competent, courteous, efficient and proactive point of contact for customers both internal and external.
The ideal candidate should posses:
• Excellent communication skills in English and Singhalese
• Passed the GCE Ordinary Level
• Age between 18-28
• Excellent Computer Literacy
• Selected candidates should be flexible to work on rosters and on holidays when the situation demands
• Experience in a similar capacity would be a distinct advantage
The selected candidate can look toward to a very attractive remuneration package above the market average.
