Compliance Officer
We are looking for a person who likes to work in a challenging environment, dynamic results oriented and has a positive attitude to join our team for the above position.
The job entails the ability to assume responsibilities in placing adequate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations in respect of Securities Exchange Commission statutory requirements.
Qualifications:
– Should possess a Degree in business administration / Finance / Accounting / Law or an equivalent professional qualification in Finance / Accountancy / Law.
– Have at least 2-3 years’ experience in similar capacity, preferably in the financial industry.
