Primary Responsibilities:
• Conducting training programme and assisting in the continuous development and improvement of current training modules.
• Identifying the training and development needs of employees to meet and support the business objectives.
Required Education and Professional Qualifications:
• Be a graduate or higher diploma holder from a recognized university/institute in HRM or Training Executive with a minimum of two years’ work experience.
