Assistant Manager – HR

As the person in charge of all people matters, you would acquire the best talent available for their attitude, train them on skills, develop the talents further, add value to the people, organization, our valued clientele and to the society in general. On top of that, you would ensure we all maintain a healthy work-life balance.

The ideal candidate profile that we are looking for Degree or professional qualification in HR/Business Administration At least 4 years experience in a reputed company, ideally with an exposure to multi-national organizational culture and global business practices In-depth knowledge of applicable laws related to people matters Excellent command of spoken and written English is mandatory. Excellent people management and development skills General office administrative skills

Expectations Ability to devise an organizational HR policies in lines with overall company vision, mission, objectives and value proposition Acquire, develop, retain and grow people assets of the organization Contribute towards company vision, mission and objectives Handles company’s recruitment drives and company presence in the industry Provide periodical HR reports to the management Mange people welfare matters Co-ordinate regular reviews and feedback mechanism and devise training plans accordingly General office administration including matters related to remuneration, leave management and facility management
