Skills Profile:
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative assistant experience or related work experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to the role
• A positive & proactive approach to the various roles the job entails
• Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail and mail
• Excellent Command of English both written and spoken
• Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Below 35 years of Age
Job Profile:
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
• Answer Phone calls, schedule meetings and support customers
• Carry out of administrative duties such as letter preparation, filing, typing, coping, binding, scanning etc.
• Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
• Make travel arrangements for senior staff when necessary
• Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
• Assisting with human resource matters
