Warehouse Executive / Supervisor (Horana)

We are a Japanese based company manufacturing polyurethane foam products for International & domestic markets. We are looking for a Warehouse Executive / Supervisor who can manage customize inventory effectively and efficiently in our Horana factory.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skill in English.
Job responsibilities:
▪ Maintaining day to day inventory records on time and preparing necessary inventory reports to the management in daily, weekly and monthly basis in ERP environment.
• Should be able to lead ware house team to achieve targets given by the management.
• Communicate with other department for providing effective services to customers.
• Should be liaise with production planning department to optimize the Planning requirement.
• Should be able to handle monthly and annual stock verifications and provide necessary reports to Accounts department.
Qualification & Experience:-
• At least 03 year experience in warehouse Management in ERP environment.
• Diploma in Stores management or equivalent professional qualification in stores management/store keeping from recognized institute.
• Ability to speak Japanese would be an added advantage
• Age below 35 years
• Work experience in ERP system is essential
• If required applicant should be willing to work extended hours
