Travel and Tour Assistant
We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking individual interested in a long-term career within the travel sector in a rewarding company. As a Travel and Tour Assistant you will be supporting the Flight Reservation, Tour Reservation and Marketing teams in the following areas:
• Managing hotel and villa rates — ensuring that all fare, contracts are up-to-date in the system, contacting hoteliers for the latest contracts.
• Supporting operational activities such as Managing transport register, Book hotels, Obtain confirmation and invoices, etc.
• Supporting marketing team to collect marketing information and to keep website content up-to-date.
For the above role, the candidate must possess the following skills:
• Good English communication and literacy skills
• Excellent numerical skills
• Computer literate with experience in use of Microsoft Word and Excel Spreadsheet is a must
• Good education background with minimum 0/L grades. A/L or Diploma level would be an advantage.
• Live within a reasonable and convenient travelling distance from Mt.Lavinia / Ratmalan
• Possess a good working knowledge on transport and tourism based operations would be an advantage
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in similar capacity
Attractive Salary Depending on the knowledge & experience.
