Technical Officer – International Network
Job Role:
• Be responsible to engage in detecting and monitoring international frauds against Mobitel.
• Be able to conduct research and identify the new trends in international fraud activities and implement counter measures to minimize same.
• Engage with other local operators in controlling international fraud related activities.
• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot International Network related issues.
• Provide assistance to routine operations in International Direct Dialing (IDD) & Roaming related activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Candidate should hold a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Engineering from a recognized Institute.
• Minimum of 01 year industry experience in similar capacity.
• Sound knowledge in Java, SQL & Unix systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision and maintain clear records.
• Excellent data analytical, trouble shooting and technical problem solving skills.
• Be highly organized, proactive and energetic with a positive attitude.
• Be a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels.
