We are looking for a matured professional with sound technical knowledge in Java, PHP, Dot Net platforms and experience in Software Architectural designs in order to fill our management position of CTO / Head of
Software Technology, Intelligence 81 Research division.
The essential qualities of rights candidate would be as follows:
– Be a graduate in Software Engineering / IT / Computer Science with sound exposure & experience in Software Architecture
– Ability to work on multiple technologies such as Dot Net, Java and PHP where many products are
planned to be developed and implemented by the company.
– Excellent technological research capabilities towards finding out most appropriate. cost effective
and futuristic technology solutions for the software products developed by the company on the
above three platforms and mobile devices.
– Team work spirit and good PR with internal & external customers.
– Be fully aware of latest technology and career & future trend in key technologies covering multiple platforms (Java, Dot Net, PHP).
– Business domain knowledge in multiple domains such as Banking & Finance, ERP & Security Markets.
The work responsibilities attached to this position would be as follows:
– To lead the organization as the CTO and the systems/ software architect of application software
solutions developed by the company and advice the respective product development divisions with correct architectural solutions and application of appropriate technological tools.
– To organize the TIR (Technology, lnelegance & Research) division of the company with appropriate resources & manage it.
– To keep communication links with external world and acquire the best knowledge and practices
for the company’s’ future products development.
