In order to further strengthen and streamline our after sales operations, the company is on the lookout for qualified, competent and experience ‘service personnel’ to join its well equipped Service Department.
Service Engineer
The core responsibility of the job holder is to deliver an effective after sales service to the company’s customers and dealers by ensuring timely and reliable maintenance, repair and service of all products marketed by the company.
Key Functions:
• Initiate, implement and manage all repairing, Installation and service of Centrifugal pumps and related products marketed by the company.
• Monitor record and manage the use of spare parts, maintenance supplies, equipment inventory items and other company resources to achieve optimal productivity.
• Effectively liaise with Service Technicians, administrative staff and customers in order to ensure an effective and customer-oriented after sales service within the guidelines set out by the company.
Requirements:
• Bsc, NDES, NDT or Equivalent qualification in the field of Mechanical/Electrical with a minimum of 03 years experience.
• Should have good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent leadership skills and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant environment experience will be an added advantage.
• The preferred age is below 35 years.
• Ability to talk and writing Tamil literacy is must.
