Senior Manager Human Resources Development
The ideal candidate should have the ability to formulate & implement policies and procedures to streamline and improve the methods of handling HR transactions while engaging in Human Resource Development activities.
– Should be above 30 years of age
– Should possess a degree from a recognized University or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institute
– Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR department and 2 years’ experience in the capacity of Human Resource Manager
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
