Responsibilities
– Liaise with product development and business analysts to understand new product requirements
– Identify test scenarios; design and develop associated test cases in line with internal processes
– Execute tests and capture test results, including raising defects and retesting defect fixes
– Participate in the standardization and continual improvement of the testing processes and methodology
What you need
– Degree in computing and minimum of 2 years quality assurance/testing experience, across different types of test phases
– Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and associated methodologies including agile and waterfall
– Understanding of web-based user interfaces and verification techniques
– Ability to analyze and document business, system, and testing requirements
– Previous experience in preparation of testing documentation
– Experience with different types of testing including System, Integration, Functional, UAT and Regression testing
– Experience in automated testing tools will be an added advantage
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Excellent knowledge and experience in Agite/Scrum
