We need experienced Quality Assurance Engineers to design, supervise and carry out integration, system and regression testing to ensure that our products and releases are exhaustively tested and operate in accordance with specified requirements.
As a QA Engineer you must have:
• Computer Science degree with minimum of 2 years’ experience in OA, in handling medium to large size projects.
• A good knowledge of CMMI Standards will be a definite advantage
• Experience in using tools such as Bugzilla
• Ability to work with minimal supervision to meet strict deadlines
• Positive attitude, enthusiastic, organized and detail-oriented, and have pride in your work
• Good time management skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate well with different teams
As a QA Engineer you will work with a team of software professionals specializing in different technologies. You should be in a position to work independently with minimal supervision, and be willing to travel overseas on assignments when required.
You should be:
• Responsible for QA activities
• Write and execute test plans & test cases, and document test results in accordance with organizational standards
• Provide guidance and training for activities of associate QA Engineers (planning, writing cases, set-up, and execution)
• Provide guidance to Software Engineers in unit testing
• Contribute to the organizational knowledge base, best practices and process improvement
• Work with Business Consultants to review and analyze requirements when necessary
• Adhere to the CMMi standards as adopted by the organization.
