Production Executive (Horana)

We are a Japanese based company manufacturing polyurethane foam products for International & domestic markets. We are looking for a Production Executive with good communication skills in English.
Job responsibilities:
* Planning & executing production activities
* Checking for the effectiveness of the production activities
* Sourcing out necessary resources for production needs
* Implementation new methods to expedite processes
* Update daily, weekly and monthly production reports
* Preparation and production related documents in ERP environment
* Should be able to handle employees efficient & effectively
* Communicate with other department for providing effective services
* Present production capacities and developments to management
* Handle general maintenance in production while operation
Qualification & Experience:-
* At least 03 year experience in production in a reputed company
* General educational background in Production Management,equivalent or above diploma level
* Ability to speak Japanese would be an added advantage
* Age below 35 years
* Work experience in ERP system is essential
* If required applicant should be willing to work extended hours and shift basis
* Sound knowledge on technical, electrical, mechanism and maintenance activities of production floor
* Experience in ISO implementation
