Product Executive – Prepaid
Job Role:
• Provide assistance to Product Manager in executing product marketing plans (Research, Analysis, Segmentation and Marketing Mix Plans)
• To introduce, manage and monitor performance of products and campaigns within the given budgets.
• Prepare routine reports based on product performance.
• Analyze customer usage and carry out effective campaign designs to increase ARPU of prepaid users.
• Screen customer feedback for product and process improvements.
• Coordinate with sales team in order to identify need for improvements on products and processes.
• Create documentation on requirement specifications for product development/enhancement on prepaid products.
• Coordinate with relevant divisions to configure pre and post testing of product to maintain quality.
• Coordinate and follow up on adherence to project deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Candidate should hold a degree or a diploma in Marketing/Business Management.
• Preferably 1-2 years experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
• Must be well versed in English and Sinhala in both written and verbal communication.
• Must be competent in Microsoft Office packages.
• Be highly organized, proactive and energetic with a positive attitude.
• Must have the ability to be creative and imaginative.
