The position by nature requires some out of hours work and participation in a rotating on call roster.
Experience and Knowledge:
• Experienced in (and enjoy) engagement with customers and high pressure situations
• Service Provider / Telecommunications / Cloud industry experience desirable
• Knowledge and experience with various vendor products including Cisco and Juniper, vendor certifications desirable
• You might not love programming but you recognize and appreciate that being able to automate your day to day activities with your scripting skills will make everyone’s life a little easier

• A passion for technology, you lay awake thinking about the stuff
