The Position The role of “Manager Supply Chain” is a key position with the following responsibilities:
• Managing the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the supply chain
• Forecasting future demand based on sales trends
• Placing orders for and coordinating the supply for a complex product portfolio of over 1000 SKU’s
• Maintain Accuracy of the Physical and system inventory balance
• Optimal utilisation of the warehouse space to support FIFO with the least cost
• Carrying out Annual and Bi Annual stock count
• Regular monitoring of the dead stocks and initiate write offs with the help of the management
• Implement suitable Internal Controls in areas where week internal controls exists.
• Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

Experience and Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position would need to have,
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics or related field is preferable.
• Professional qualification in LIMA would be a definite advantage.
• Ability to manage people
• Hands on, proactive and positive work attitude with strong communication, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
