Manager – Commercial Operations
Rotax (Pvt) Ltd, the parent company of the Roche Group, a premier supplier of world’s best electrical product solutions and related engineering services. We are looking for dynamic, result oriented and dedicated people to join our Commercial Operations Team.
Job Profile:
• Manage day to day commercial operational activities to ensure that customer requirements are clearly defined, agreed and met with regard to products, quality and delivery. • Responsible for resolving commercial issues, inquiry, order management and execution in coordination with Sales Centers and Product / SBU managers.
• To work in collaboration with Management Team in reviewing, scrutinizing and developing efficient and effective sales operational process flow.
Candidate Profile:
• BSc. in Business Management with 4-5 years of experience in Commercial Operations.
• Excellent leadership skills with flexible attitude and approach.
• Have a strong operational and systems based approach.
• Demonstrate a good standard of literacy and numeracy and strong commercial skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high performance standards.
