Kitchen Floor Order Attendant
• Will be responsible for all administrative activities in the kitchen and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Responsibilities include taking room service orders, rostering staff, ordering ingredients, maintaining minimum stock, menu planning, portion control, overlooking food presentation and enforcing safety and hygiene standards.
• Applicant should be below 40 years and be fluent in both spoken and written English and Sinhala.
• No cooking experience required.
Selected candidates for the above positions may expect an attractive Salary with Service Charge commensurate depending on their ability and qualifications.
