Supporting the PEAK structure, SUMMIT provides the global IT and Finance support for PEAK by maintain and enhancing the Enterprise IT and Finance Systems.
About the role
The Junior Finance Executive will be accountable for processing accounts receivables, accounts payable and support the transactional processing of the staff expense management system.
Task and Responsibilities:
– Manage accounting policies and procedures
– Support the transactional processing of the staff expense management system.
– Assist on Banking & Cash Management
– Provide assistance on general accounting and reporting
– Assist on improving best practice activities in the work flow
Qualifications and Experiences:
– Undergraduate in Accounting or similar professional qualification
– 1+ years of experience in a Finance Role
– Highly competent Process and System knowledge
– Well-developed computer literacy skills in MS Office environment
Skills and Attributes:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Highly accountable and proactive in meeting deadlines
– Self-motivated and can set own goals
– Flexible and reliable
