We are seeking a highly skilled IT Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate should be able to manage hardware issues, software, and CCTV, as
well as attend to help desk requests.
Key Responsibilities
– Managing operations such as computer networks, hardware, and software, as well as other IT infrastructure.
– Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving problems with hardware, software, and other network and system components.
– Maintain and review (T documentation, covering infrastructure, inventory, service subscriptions, and contracts.
– Developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to protect the IT infrastructure and networking.
– Responsible for local organization data security and personnel security internal control.
Qualifications
– IT related Degree, Diploma, or the equivalent of NVQ level 4 or 5
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT
– Experience in the deployment support and management of mainstream industry solutions will be an added advantage.
– Exposure to cloud-based productivity
– Ability to handle multiple assignments independently
