Job Description:
• Post Graduate qualification in Human Resources/ Degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Business Administration from a recognized University
• Should have minimum 03 years work experience in a similar capacity
• Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reviews, Recruitment, Retention strategies, Training & Development, Labour rules and regulations
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power point, Report writing and conducting meetings independently
• Proficiency in English Is mandatory (written & spoken)
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills & ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
Salary is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
