HR / Recruitment Executives and Interns
Responsibilities:
Explore market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate practices with a view to hiring high calibre resources to the organization.
Build relationships with recruitment agencies. head-hunters, universities, media and industry professionals.
Liaise with practice heads and division directors to identify vacancies; draft job descriptions and source high caliber candidates.
Schedule interviews in accordance with the Interview process
Perform the first level of shortlisting of CV’s.
Qualifications:
First degree in HRM or related field; candidates with part qualification and good experience will also be considered.
0-2 years’ experience; prior experience at a leading Sri Lankan IT/Software company or IT industry specific experience at a recruitment agency will be beneficial.
Excellent written and spoken communication and people skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
A good understanding of HR/staffing requirements for the software industry will be beneficial.
