Our client is a well-established apparel manufacturing company located in Colombo looking for suitable candidate for following position:
Group HR Manager
This position is responsible for all managerial functions including leading and directing all aspects and operations of the Human Resources Division.
Skills Required:
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Excellent Leadership, managerial and administrative skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate
• Ability to make and deliver effective presentations
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Hands on experience using HRM applications
• Excellent knowledge of applicable laws, rules, regulations and/or policies & procedures
Qualifications:
• Degree in Business/HR or other relevant field from a reputed University.
Experience:
• Around 10 years of experience in the HR field (preferable in apparel sector)
• More than 5 years’ experience in management
