Genius Operations
(Equivalent ta Branch Manager) ( Jal-Ela, Monaragala, Ampara)
We are looking for experienced professionals to be ravaged as Genius Operations for the above locations. Genius Operations will be totally responsible for leading the team towards achieving set targets and aligning Mete= to the corporate culture.
They should ensure the smooth functioning of centre operations and Wm responsibility for staff matters.
* The selected candidates should haven good educational background with minimum 5 years experience in a similar copula in the financial services industry
* Sound knowledge about market behaviour of the respective geographical area
* Must have excellent team building and communication skills to motivate team members towards corporate goals
* Computer literary and leadership skills ore essential requirements for the above position
