General Affair Executive
Location :Colombo
Requirements:
• Degree in Administration/ Management/ Facilities Management or any other related field • 2-5 years experience in similar capacity
• Experience in Facility Management or real estate would be an added advantage
• Excellent knowledge in MS Excel
• Male candidates only
Job Role:
• Should have Knowledge of Current Market Rentals into the Vicinity
• Should have knowledge of Location Evaluation Parameters (Like Building Condition, Signage, Power Backup, Common Area Maintenance etc.)
• Should know about the terms & Conditions of Letter of Intent
• Should know the process of Office Setup, from Site Selection to Office Setup
• Should have knowledge of local laws for setting up office
• Identifying potential areas for business expansion, negotiate and follow up with the
• landlords regarding the probable sites for opening up the new centers
• Preparation of pertinent documents for submission to different Govt. Agencies/ Vendors/ Clients
• Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys
• Research, price and purchase office furniture’s and office supplies, pantry supplies
• Supervising housekeeping activities and housekeeping staff
• Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of Stock
• To manage and implement smooth warehouse operations
• Ensure that the minimum level of Stock is identified and maintained at all timed and planning for future capacity requirements
• Required to produce daily, weekly and monthly reports and statistics on the level of stock in the organization
• Assists with preparation of the office budget
• Ware house management from material receipt to delivery of material to each center in Colombo, including stock control and making order of the material
