Front Office Supervisor
The ideal candidate should possess minimum two years of experience in the similar capacity in a recognized hotel.
He should possess the following attributes:
– Ability to manage day to day operations and be responsible for management of staff
– Leadership qualities
– Experience in property management systems
– Passion for achieving targets and objectives
– Positive attitude & good communication skills/PR oriented
– Ability to work under pressure & under own initiative
Front Office Manager
The ideal candidate should be a graduate of the Hotel School (Sri Lanka/or industrial experience of five years having worked in a star class hotel with a proven track record.
He should possess the following attributes:
– Passion for achieving targets and objectives
– Positive attitude & good communication skills/PR oriented
– Flexibility to deliver to a range of different work situations
– Ability to work under pressure & under own initiative
Male Receptionists
The ideal candidate should have minimum three years of experience in a star class hotel with or without hotel school basic qualifications in reception.
– He should be willing to work long hours
– Be able to converse in English
– Should possess basic computer knowledge
– Teamwork/Positive attitude & PR oriented
– Flexibility to deliver to a range of different work situations
– Ability to work under pressure & under own initiative
