Executive – Management Accounting
The Role: reporting to the Financial Controller of the Company, the Executive- Management Accounting will be working in the areas of management reporting and operational performance analysis with the exposure to the ERP solution of the Organization.
Duties & Responsibilities are inclusive of:
• Pre-Order Vs Post Order Costing calculation & reporting – Order Profitability
• Production Variance Analysis and reporting – Material, Labour & Machine hours BOM vs Actual
• Navision Consumption posting, Output posting & Order closure monitoring & Evaluation
• Analysis of Monthly Financial impact of production transactions – Material Scrap/Wastage, Quality issues/rejects
• Evaluate purchasing based on prod. requirement & Budget
• Analysis of periodical Inventory movement & valuation
• Communicating findings/Results to Production team through Weekly/monthly Reporting for action/improvements
• Detailed analysis of Cost of Sales in ERP and manage standard costing accounts to ensure accurate accounting
• Monthly Financial Performance evaluation based on reported figures & set KPIs
• Budget Vs Actual Variance analysis
• Operational Cost analysis – Electricity, OT, Transportation, Cost per hour (Factory Running Cost, Cost per Employee)
• Preparation of Fixed Asset/Investment appraisal
• Assist in Budgeting, Year-end costing, Monthly/Annual Account finalization to Accountant/FC.
• All other Management reporting & Analysis.
Requirements:
• Part Qualification preferably CIMA /ACCA
• Commercial Experience of 1-2 years (In Manufacturing industry preferred)
• Experience in working in ERP (MS NAV/AX, SAP) will be advantageous
• Excellent MS Excel skills & Sound command in English
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
