Leading international logistics company with one of the largest network in the world, which covers more than 600 locations more than 100 countries with global coverage and expertise provide the solutions for logistics requirements, looking for an Executive Customer Service & Sales Support, to be based at Colombo,
Responsibilities:
* Presentations
* CBS (Customer Business Solution) needs formalization
* SOP (Standard Operation Procedures) design ✓ Sales Lead administration ✓ Sales/network support
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years Experience in the similar capacity serving in Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry (preferably in a multinational setup)
* In depth knowledge about sea freight & air freight operations of Import & Export.
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and Strong Interpersonal skills
* Team player with positive working attitude
* Hand on experience in MS-Office Applications
