The Job
• Promptly managing incoming calls, being the voice of Kangaroo Cabs.
• You will handle a range of cab bookings and possess the ability to resolve dynamic situations leading to clients receiving superior customer service.
• Develop support and ensure adherence to work instructions, policies and procedures and practices pertaining to the company.
THE PROFILE
• Minimum qualifications GEC A/L.
• Be IT literate and possess excellent communication skills.
• Possessing a pleasing personality with excellent customer service skills.
• A go getter and a quick learner who’s able to work in a pressurized environment.
• Previous experience in Contact Centre operations will be an added advantage.
• School leavers are welcome to apply.
