Call Center Agents

You will be responsible for support & provide superior Customer Service via phones, email & faxes as a receiver & caller

Duties:

• Putting orders by obtaining customer information by answering telephone calls; verifying information.
• Process the orders by entering customer information; confirming pricing.
• Informs customers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
• Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems.
• Maintain and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
• Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
• Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
