Administration Lead
Responsibilities:
– Handle purchase requisition, purchase orders and procurement
– Liaise with government agencies, vendors, suppliers, embassies, industry bodies and other 3rd parties to expedite completion of projects.
– Petty cash, stationery and supplies management.
– Manage office refurbishment and fit-out projects.
– Work with vendors and manage the implementation and ongoing maintenance of infrastructure. utilities and related external and internal systems.
– Coordinate all inbound and outbound travel for the company
– Experience with safety/health and CSR initiatives will be beneficial.
Qualifications:
– First degree or equivalent; exceptional ndidates with good experience will also be considered.
– 5+ years’ experience in a similar role with experience managing a mid to large scale facility.
– Experience liaising with government departments/agencies is required.
– Experience working for an international firm and/or interacting with overseas clients will be beneficial.
– Excellent written and spoken communimtion skills.
– Excellent negotiation and people skills.
– Scrupulous attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task.
– Capable of working in a fast paced environment with a high degree of flux and meeting aggressive deadlines.
