Accounts Assistant (Colombo)

Requirements and qualifications:
– Excellent knowledge of accounting and Professional qualifications in the field of Accounts from a reputed institute CA, ACCA
– Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, positive attitudes with pleasing personality
– Computer literacy
– Ability work independently under minimal supervision
– Age below 30 years
– Minimum of 02-year experience in the similar capacity
Responsibilities
– Prepare monthly & annual financial statements and reconciliations on timely manner for management reporting.
– Processing the transactions, issuing payments by verifying documents and requesting disbursements.
– Monitor timely dues and payments to all statutory bodies and other stakeholders of the company.
– Follow up on invoices, project payments and updating ledgers.
– Assisting with audits, fast checks and resolving discrepancies.
