Job Description:
The ideal candidate should be willing to work on roster in a 24×7 operational environment monitoring a large internal and customer IT infrastructure base spread across the globe.
Work includes Level 1 and Level 2 support, resolving issues, service requests and support preventive maintenance tasks. He/she will be required to deal with overseas clients directly and be able to travel overseas at short notice.
Job Requirements
· Fresh graduate, undergraduate or equivalent qualification.
· Knowledge of Microsoft server systems, networking, security and server hardware.
· Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
· Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
· Industry certificates in Microsoft, Cisco, Linux, etc. are an added advantage.
· Exposure or knowledge on data center operations and support services is an added advantage.
