Systems Process Specialist/Manager (HRIS)
The HR Systems Manager is responsible for delivery of the HR system for the PEAK Group. The Systems Process
Specialist/Manager provides a specialist HR Service which incorporates HRIS maintenance, data integrity, HRIS development, delivering HRIS training, reporting and analytics, timely and accurate resolution of HRIS issues and support requests from the HR community.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
– System Development – support business processes and implement best practice processes
– System Maintenance – data entry
– Auditing and Data Integrity
– Reporting and Analytics — produce monthly, quarterly and half yearly reports
– System Training
– System Security.
Qualifications and Experience
– Experience of an HR or payroll system
– Knowledge of word, excel and outlook
– Finance, HR or IT degree
– Solid experience in creating reports and analysis of data
– Experience in managing a small team
Skills and Attributes:
– A strong interest in system maintenance
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work to strict deadlines
– Ability to interact with business and other technical resources effectively
– High standards of customer service
– Passion for travel in the PEAK Style
