Software Implementer / Analyst
Job Profile
The Software Implementer/Analyst will, primarily be involved in the roll-out of the Product implementations at the customer location.
Duties would include:
• Creating software implementation plans and procedures
• Hardware and Software configuration related to Product implementation
• Managing client engagement services and solution implementations
• Troubleshooting, on-site support and various other pre-implementation activities.
• Interview end user(s) in a discovery process to gather a list of requirements for the software.
• Providing business consultation, knowledge expertise in strategic performance management methodologies, process assessment work, and the application of technologies to business
• Working closely with team leaders and business analysts providing them with customers feedback and suggestions on how to increase the usability of the software
• Translate the information obtained in the discovered process into functional and technical specifications to be used in architecting the software.
• Review functional specifications with end user(s) and update as necessary.
• Develop test plans to test functionality of software and verify that the software passes those tests.
• Fostered customer loyalty by ensuring that our customers fully utilize the value of our solutions and services
• Conduct user training.
• Identify key end user(s) and establish a good working relationship with them.
• Provide off site key user support via phone and other methods.
Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equallent professional qualification
• Approximately 2 years of experience in similar position.
• Strong teamwork, motivation, interpersonal, and effective communication skills are required for interaction with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Should be capable of working with end user to determine their software needs and then translate those needs into technical specifications.
• Should possess good communication and presentation skills to conduct effective training sessions with end users.
• Creative problem solver.
• Working knowledge of hardware (installation and troubleshooting).
• Basic understanding of software development methodology.
