Senior Sales Executive (Colombo)

Duties and Responsibilities:
– Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
– Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
– Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their concerns
– Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
– Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
– Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Requirements:
– At least 4 years of experience in a sales role
– Degree in business management or any related field.
– Proficiency in English
– Excellent knowledge in CRM software use
– Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
