Local body of an International Conglomerate located in Colombo looking for suitable candidates for following positions:
Senior Executive- Instructional Designer
Skills Required:
• Develop innovative ideas for e-Learning resources
• Visual design skills, ability to storyboard, good verbal communicator, and able to liaise with both internal and external contacts
• Instructional design experience, in the creation of various e-Learning systems across different companies
• Highly literate with some demonstrable writing ability
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel, etc.
Qualifications:
• Degree in IT or relevant field
Experience:
• Experience in Developing customized e-Learning solutions for a variety of subjects and industries
• Experience in work effectively with colleagues to create compelling and engaging deliverables by applying instructional design theories and practice
• Around 4 years’ experience in online content development
Graphics Designer (E- Learning Content Designer)
Skills Required:
• Adobe Flash / ActionScript 2.0 + 3.0 – Developer & Graphic Designer
• Good visual design skills, creating graphics according to the storyboard by interpreting the eLearning storyboard correctly
• Good knowledge in content management and conversion tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate and Lectora, etc.
• Ability to be updated with emerging technologies in new media such as InDesign, QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, ads Max, Acrobat, Director & Dreamweaver
Qualifications:
• Degree in Graphic Design or related field Experience
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in online content development and at least 2 years proven experience as a Flash developer and designer
• Graphic design experience, in the creation of various e-Learning contents across different companies
