Senior Executive/Assistant Manager – Human Resource/Administrator (Sri Lanka)

Responsible for performing HR generalist duties and provide administrative support for variety of HR/Admin functional areas in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.
1. Significant involvement with strategic HR whilst mainly focusing on operational HR
2. Responsible for maintaining and accurately updating the Employee related information
3. Active involvement in all daily operational duties of the company and make sure smoothness of it.
4. strategically planning valuable HR changes and subsequently take actions to implement them
5. Promoting a positive and open work environment
6. Monitoring non-subjective employee progress with distinctive KPIs
7. Implementing effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
8. Implementation of ISO
Skills:
1. Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification with minimum 4 years of relevant experience
2. Employee relationship
3. Must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
4. Team work and collaborations
5. Comfortable handling of confidential documents and information. Ability to work independently
6. HR business partner initiatives are highly preferred.
