Qualifications, Experience & Desired Skills:

• Passed G.C.E (A/L) Examination.
• Should have minimum 2 years Secretarial experience in a leading establishment.
• Good organizing and coordinating ability.
• Pleasant personality, high fluency in English and Computer literacy.
• Professional Qualification in secretarial field would be an added advantage.
• Positive attitude with commitment to achieve organizational objectives.
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to work as a team player.
• Effective communication with a wide variety of individual and professional groups.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently at all times.

Job Profile:

• Coordinating activities of the DGM Group Finance.
• Perform secretarial assignments to support the on-going Group Finance operations.
• Assignments include duties such as office coordination, scheduling periodic meetings, preparation of board papers and coordinating distribution of meeting minutes.
• Arranging for Invoicing Group Companies for the recovery of service fees.
