We are looking for Female Candidates for the above position with following expertise.
Responsibilities:-
– Proactively identify (B2B) leads and target the prospects, establish contact with these prospects and walk them through the online sales cycle.
– Provide technical assistance to the users through phone, email and fax.
– Ability to integrate (B2B) Social Media Marketing, to develop and execute online sales campaigns with team attitude.
– Maintaining and developing relationship with (B2B) new and existing customers via telephone calls, emails and Social Networking.
– Strong customer service, time management, prioritization, planning and negotiating skills.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Ability:-
– Excellent knowledge in Russian Language and Fluency in ENglish Language both written and verbal.
– Fluency in Languages (French and Spanish) will be an added advantage.
– Possessing degree related to IT will definitely be an added advantage.
– Very good skills in MS Office Package.
– Must be flexible and willing to be assigned to varying work hours.
– Adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
– Experience in Call Centre / Customer Care will be an added advantage.
