Can You Project the Company image?
We seek a pleasant, energetic person with excellent inter personal skills as a Receptionist.
The ideal candidate should be able to build the company image by ensuring all visitors to the organization are made comfortable and attended to accordingly.
Respond to all incoming and outgoing calls, distributing mail to relevant persons, organizations, dealing with a variety of personalities and situations in an orderly manner to facilitate the communication process of the organization will be your roll.
General Certificate of Education – Ordinary Level with 1 – year experience at a similar capacity in the private sector with the ability to communicate fluently in English and Sinhala language are essential for this position.
