Immediate vacancies exist at our Head Office for the following:
Payroll Assistant
The ideal candidate expected to assist and work closely with Accountant in processing employees’ payroll and supporting other areas of the department.
The position also requires handling of statutory payments (EPF, ETF, Payee etc) maintaining payroll related / statutory documentation and processing of staff loans within the agreed time limits. In addition experience in payroll analysis, ERP systems and office packages specially excel will be an added advantage.
Requirements:-
• Should have qualified or partly qualified in AAT or have a similar qualification
• Should have successfully completed GCE A/L Examination
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, Accounting or Admin with 1 year in processing automated payroll
• Should be highly proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Knowledge of statutory regulations EPF/ETF contributions and Tax laws of Sri Lanka would be beneficial
