Prima Management Services (Private) Ltd (PMS) is a subsidiary of the Singapore based, multinational conglomerate, the Prima Group of Companies head quartered in Singapore. PMS provides a comprehensive range of centralized IT services to blue chip companies both in Sri Lanka and overseas.
Due to expanding IT operations in Sri Lanka and the region the company seeks to recruit suitably qualified persons to join the software development division in the capacity of:
MS SQL Database Developer / Designer
Qualifications, Experience & Competencies:-
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
– 2 Years’ enterprise-level experience in MS SQL Development / Designing.
– Analyze requirement documents and Design Databases based on them and prepare ER diagrams.
– Writing Database code including stored procedures and triggers.
– Optimize SQL queries and suggest alternative methods to enhance the efficiency.
– Identify potential performance issues and implement solution to overcome them.
– Proficient in 00P concepts.
– Proficient in Structured Query Language (SQL).
– Knowledge in relational database design.
– Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently in a high stressed environment.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and in a team based environment.
– Willingness to work extended hours to meet deadlines is key to the criteria in selection.
