CKHL is a 50:50 Joint Venture between Kelani Tyres Limited (a listed company on the Colombo Stock Exchange) and CEAT Limited of India (a listed company in India with a significant market share and exporter of tyres to more than 110 countries).
Manager – Talent Engagement and Development
The Company is looking for an energetic person who will champion Talent Engagement and Development functions of executive and non-executive employees. Deployment of people centric processes and policies across all levels will be one of the key deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Timely recruitment and onboarding
• Develop skill matrixes for all levels and assess skill inventories.
• Design, develop and implement annual learning and development plans/ budgets.
• Develop and deliver structured learning, development and engagement programs.
• Implement development action plans of identified employees.
• Deploy initiatives and mechanism to develop young leadership pool.
• Initiate employee engagement surveys and implement action plans annually.
Essential Requirements:
• An HR related degree or professional qualification in Human Resources. MBA holders will have an added advantage
• 5 years of HR experience of which 3 years are in Manager category
• Exposure to contemporary HR systems and practices
• Ability to work with diverse groups of employees
