Job Description:
CA with hands on experience in handling Indirect tax Minimum of 12 plus years of experience is required
Handling sales taxation for a manufacturing sector company. Should be very well versed with sales tax related matters
Proper Classification of goods and correct payment of VAT and Customers
Ensure maintenance of detailed and up-to-date records and ensure response for Assessment notices. Timely response to the show cause notices received by the Company. Draft necessary representations to Tax Authorities including appeals. Representing the Company before the appellate authorities. Ensuring benefits under the several schemes under VAT, Foreign Trade Policy are availed by the Company. Provide expertise for tax planning as well as tax compliance with a view to optimize tax benefits Examine any changes in Acts and Tax laws and update the business on the changes Vetting of legal agreements Support to Indirect Function of the Company.
