Requirements:
a.) Successful completion of HR Management related examination in a reputed Institute.
b.) Age below 45 years.
c.) Computer literacy with MS Word and EXCEL etc.
d.) Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with leadership qualities.
e.) Minimum 5 years’ experience in the relevant field.
f.) Knowledge in labour regulations
g.) Ability to handle grievances of employees including factory employees
Job:
a.) Carrying out all day to day HR functions related to different categories of employees.
b.) Identifying training and development necessities of employees and implement programs as required.
c.) Recruiting best suitable persons as per company requirement and retaining them.
d.) Implementing welfare activities, organizing company functions.
e.) Handling insurance policies.
