Junior Web Developer (Colombo)

We are looking for a Junior Web Developer to support our existing web developers on customer facing websites, for this global and growing organisation.
Responsibilities:
• Update existing website content using large scale content management system
• Developing a website from prepared design to a fully responsive live site
• Prepare monthly reports on website performance for senior managers based on Google Analytics
• Ensuring online content is accurate and up to date
• Carry out thorough cross browser and device compatibility testing
• Research and contribute to projects
Essential skills:
• Must be proficient in HTML, CSS3, Bootstrap and Responsive design
• Experience developing native apps for iOS and Android
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery
• Good understanding of cross browser support and device compatibility
• Experience working with web services and Ajax
• Good understanding of Google Analytics
• Experience working with large scale content management systems
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically, Photoshop and Dreamweaver
• Excellent English – verbal and written skills
Preferable skills:
• Knowledge of CSS pre-processors such as LESS
• Experience with the CMS SiteFinity
• Experience developing HTML for bulk email platforms
• Experience of using Google Adwords and other SEO systems
Some previous experience of working on website development would be desirable.
