Junior Trainer
As a Junior Trainer of Abacus you would be required to assist the senior Trainer to manage and carry out Host Trainings and all other Training related functions.
Those with experience in Training within the Travel Trade would be at an advantage.
Presentation skills and Interpersonal skills will be an added qualification for the post.
The ideal candidate should be below 30 years.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for delivering training/knowledge transfer on the full range of Abacus host of solutions.
Responsibilities include Training all Travel Agency customers with the entire Abacus suite of products, Updating of market training requirements and feedback, Developing training material and maintaining market relationship with all Travel Agencies.
Requirements:
– GCE ‘A’level with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in the travel industry, GDS or Airline & any other related professional qualification
– Fluent command of the English language & Good Computer literacy
– Good knowledge of end-user applications
– Possess Strong communication (presentation and writing) and interpersonal skills
– Lively character, be customer service oriented and be a people person
